Zesting orange, grinding turbinado sugar, and adding zest to sugar. The lighting is a bit harsh – I only realized upon editing. Sorry! Will make sure to have better lighting next time.
In case you were curious what I will be using it for, I’m planning to spread it on top of salmon for baking so it’ll make a bit of a crispy crust.
